On our delicatessen counter there is a multitude of fresh produce to choose from. 

All our salads are made in our own kitchen, to our own recipes and the cooked meats are all sourced locally and again cooked by ourselves.  As well as buying in pates we also make our own.  Bacon is all sourced locally and we now cureing our own “sweet-cure”, which has become extremely popular.  All products produced by ourselves do not have any added preservative, colourings or artificial nasties.  The cheese selection is comprehensive and we not only stock many local cheeses but also a considerable range from the continent and around the world.  A product we are especially proud of is our Scottish Smoked Salmon, which we believe to be the finest and is reasonably priced.  There is also a selection of charcuterie and dairy produce.
